Since 1984, Kawasaki Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. and South Korea ’s most powerful Ruiyuan Wind Machinery Co., Ltd. have jointly produced aeration blowers for sewage treatment. The rotor and other major components are produced by Ruiyuan Company, which has the advantage of price competition.
Ruiyuan has produced many multi-stage blowers. In order to make the factory equipment meet the needs of producing single-stage blowers, the company introduced multi-axis CNC machining centers, small rotor precision balancing machines, power frequency conversion devices, etc. Improve the technical level of the single-stage blower manufacturing plant, so that nearly 50 single-stage blowers have been produced so far.
As the only domestic blower production plant in South Korea, Ruiyuan has formed a competitive trend with European and American manufacturers. Moreover, it is highly praised by users for its low unit failure and timely after-sales service.
2. Future market trends in Korea
In view of the high penetration rate of sewage treatment plants in major cities in South Korea, it is believed that the main demand will be to local small and medium-sized cities in the future. The capacity of the blower will also be mainly based on small models (less than 100m3 / min).
